View Public Ticket: How do I remove Manual Time option for Employees


Hi,

This is a really fantastic script, and I applaud you for making it so easy to set-up.

I have 2 questions,

  1. Is it possible to remove the "manual time" option for employees?
  2. Is there an email notification feature for when user's receive a message, new task, or schedule?

Actually, if manual time is only for admins, then that feature is fine, and you can ignore question #1.
